Festival "Du Monde aux Balkans" takes place every year in France with the aim of presenting former Yugoslav artistic, cultural and NGO scene.  This festival, co-organized by Drugi Most and Guernica (MIFOC members) lasted two weeks (from 18.11 to 01.12)  in Grenoble and Toulouse

This year, the public discovered performances and concerts from former Yugoslavian artists such as: Jabbooko sa Negrass, REX ? Kulturni Centar B92, Bozidar Milović, MIFOC, Alternativni institut, Low-Fi Video, Srđan Lončar, Andrej ĐerkoviĆ, Mileta MijatoviĆ, Prigovor savjesti RC Mostar, Alternativna modna revija, Nova grupa...

During last october in Mostar, MIFOC citizen association and the french musical label Jarring Effects had organized the first  Live Dub Festival in Bosnia  Herzegovina " How do you sleep? ". 

From 03.10 to 05.10  a big tent near hotel Ru?a hosted the cream of french and former Yugoslavian band of the elektro dub scene : Monsieur Orange, Jarring DJ?s, La Phaze, UHT, Darkwood Dub, Jubbooko Sa Negrass, Hybrid Sound System and High Tone. Those bands also played in Travnik and Banja Luka during this massive week-end !! This cooperation beetwen Mostarian and European musicians and organizations created grounds for continuation of building the alternative and dynamic music scene, since it does not exist in Bosnia Herzegovina yet.
