Mostar is an archipelago of potential disunited in the lack of free and open space for youth, their ideas and needs. The spaces in which the youth of this town meets and work are not sufficient and always accessible. absence of interaction of such spaces disables the creation of a scene, and the existing spaces do not have the capacity to serve this purpose. Gathering and interaction of all these potentials and new artistic expressions in one physical space as well as creation of a new and open cultural scene is the main priority of MIFOC and the network "Centar". this culture factory would offer young people the possibility to express their creative potential, take part in creation and profiling of their environment they live in and get informed about new ideas, movements and opportunities.
